➢ Cancellations made up to 30 days before the departure date will incur a 20% cancellation fee of the total ticket value.
➢ Cancellations made within 30 days of the departure date will result in a 100% cancellation fee of the total ticket value.
➢ Note: For bookings, 30% of the total amount must be paid within one month of booking or three months before the travel date, whichever is earlier.
